What Turkish Journalists Are Up To? 3

There are several news items on the 14th Turkish Journalists Conference organized by the European Council Turkey Delegation. Evren Deger in his column at the New Anatolian announces the return of Fatih Çekirge to journalism and informs us about the Conference attendees:

Orhan Pamuk speaks to the Italian media and says he welcomed having court charges dropped against him not only for himself but for all other writers and journalists facing similar charges in Turkey. In the mean time, Yavuz Baydar writes on the conservatism in Turkey study.
