European Union and Turkey: Scenarios and Prospects

This"Policy Paper" was originally published in Greek by the Institute of Strategic and Development Studies (ISTAME)-"Andreas Papandreou" (Athens, June 2006). The paper examines Euro-Turkish relations at this critical juncture and analyzes possible scenarios and the prospects for the future. Can the "train crash" between EU and Turkey be avoided?
